BRIEF DESCRIPTION/INDICATION
Triazol® (fluconazole) 150 mg is indicated for the treatment of acute and recurrent vaginal candidiasis (infections of the vagina caused by fungi of the genus Candida), as prophylaxis (prevention) to reduce recurrent vaginal candidiasis (three or more episodes per year), Candida balanitis (fungal infection of the area popularly known as the "head of the penis") and Dermatomycoses (fungal infections of the skin and its appendages, e.g. nails, popularly known as mycoses) such as: Tinea pedis, Tinea corporis, Tinea cruris, Tinea unguium (onychomycoses) and infections by fungi of the genus Candida.
