Ombudsman

The Ombudsman's Office is a communication channel exclusive to Biolab represented by an independent supplier who conducts the inquiries and records impartially, confidentially and anonymously. Through this channel, employees, customers, suppliers and partners can report suspicious episodes, facts and behaviors that are in disagreement with local legislation, the Codes of Conduct or other Biolab Policies and Procedures.

All complaints will be analyzed individually and no reprisals will be taken against bona fide complainants.

In addition, the confidentiality and secrecy of information in the investigation of the facts is expressly guaranteed, as well as anonymity for those who prefer not to be identified.

Each complaint received generates a protocol number that allows the complainant to follow the progress of their report.

Attention: Don't forget to follow the progress of your protocol on the platform or by phone as, in certain situations, Biolab may ask you for more details about the facts reported.
