  SPONSOR PROGRAM

We developed the program with the aim of supporting new employees by sharing information about our culture, in order to speed up the process of integrating and acculturating these people and, at the same time, represent the The Biolab Way of Welcoming.

 

  EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK

To give new employees a complete introduction to Biolab, we have prepared exclusive material with key information about the company's history, the company as a whole, the areas and programs, as an easy-to-consult aid, available on the trail online Integration.

 

  INTEGRATION

We carry out onboarding to welcome new employees in the best possible way, with the aim of making it easier for them to adapt and also to understand Biolab's processes and programs. This takes place in two stages:

Functional Integration

It happens on the first day of work, when you are given the basic information you need to start working. 

Cultural Integration

It takes place on induction dates and brings together all the new employees of the month (separated by location), as an opportunity to broaden their vision of the company's culture and strengthen connections.

  COFFEE WITH SHAREHOLDERS

An event that aims to promote the integration of teams with Biolab's top executives, this meeting takes place periodically. In addition to the opportunity to meet and talk about the company's culture and future, participants are given a guided tour of the Administrative Center (CA) and one of our factories.
