Biolab announces Camila Clemes as People and Management Director
In a more strategic and comprehensive approach, Biolab Farmacêutica's Human Resources area has been renamed People and Management, now under the command of the new director, Camila Clemes. This new positioning also reinforces the focus on development programs and valuing people.
With a 20-year consolidated career in Human Resources, she has been at Biolab for five years, when she started in the position of Human and Organizational Development Manager (DHO), where she played an important role in reshaping the leadership development program and restructuring the HR programs. In the last two years, she has acted as Governance Officer, closely monitoring the consolidation of the Board of Directors and actively participating in discussions on strategic agendas - an experience that has contributed to a complete vision of the business.
In her new role, she reports directly to the CEO, Fabio Amorosino. Camila takes responsibility for activities related to people management, organizational culture and leadership development, as well as fostering practices that promote team well-being and engagement.

My commitment is, together with the team, to find ways that allow us to exceed expectations in the comprehensive care of employees, based on the principle of making the most of each person's abilities and paying special attention to retaining talent," says the new People and Management Director.
