PRIVACY POLICY FOR BIOLAB WEBSITES

Biolab's Privacy Policy was created to demonstrate in a transparent way how the personal information of visitors and users who visit our websites or use our communication channels, such as Customer Service and Contact Us, is handled. Here is information on how we collect and use your personal data when you access our websites and communication channels.

WHO ARE WE?
The main controller of the personal data collected through our websites is Biolab Sanus Farmacêutica Ltda. ("Biolab"), registered with the CNPJ under number 49.475.833/0001-06. This data may be shared with group companies Biolab Farma Genéricos Ltda. and Sintefina Indústria e Comércio Ltda., depending on the purpose for which the data is used.

We do not share your data, except for the companies and entities described in this policy and for the exclusive use of group companies for the purposes described below.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT THROUGH OUR WEBSITES?
When you use our websites or communication channels to contact us, we only collect the information related to the reason for your contact and your identification and contact details necessary for us to respond to your request or answer your question. This data and information varies depending on the reason for contact.

If you use our Biolab at Home website to search for a partner pharmacy that sells our products and medicines, you will be asked to authorize the collection of geolocation information through your browser, based on GPS information and location data from your browser and device. By knowing your position, our website will be easier to find and will be able to automatically suggest the establishments closest to you. You are not obliged to agree to this collection and you can use the functions of the website normally even if you deny or cancel it and this information is not stored after you have finished using the website.

Please note: If the reason for your contact is related to the use or effect of medication, health treatments or other reasons related to health and medication, it may be necessary for you to provide us with some sensitive data related to your health so that we can respond to your question or request.

When you use our websites, we also automatically collect technical access data and information about your browsing behavior on the site by means of cookies (see below).

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?
Information relating to your contact with us is collected through your interaction with us via the appropriate websites or communication channels. Such information and personal data will always be requested ostensibly and provided by you transparently as you fill in our forms or maintain contact with us.

If you provide us with sensitive data, it is likely that we will need your consent to use this data so that we can use it to respond to your request or query, as required by the General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). Your consent will be requested by means of an icon to accept the collection and use of this data and can be withdrawn at any time. In this case, we will delete your data as soon as possible, but it may need to be kept for some additional time, for the sole purposes of complying with obligations under applicable laws and regulations and enabling the protection of rights.

The personal data of children must be provided with the consent of the legal guardian, with clear and unequivocal authorization for the use of this data, also as required by the General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

When you sign up to receive information about the programs and products of our group companies through our websites, we collect the identification and contact data necessary for us to select and deliver the relevant information according to your interests.

Other data related to access and use of the websites is collected automatically by the simple act of accessing and browsing our websites, including by means of cookies.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE YOUR DATA?
The data and information provided by you on our websites and contact channels are used only for the purposes of returning your contact and delivering information, according to your interest for the following topics: searching for partner pharmacies near you or more convenient for your visit; informing and addressing adverse events of Biolab and partner products (only in this case will we need to collect sensitive data related to your health history, background and product use); complaints about quality deviations and customer service; requesting technical information; professional and academic requests about partnerships, analysis reports, package leaflets, visits by representatives and scientific work, requests for commercial information about benefit programs, prices, purchase, exchange or where to find products and about Biolab and its portfolio; contact related to press relations; contacts related to the export of products, including SAC abroad; contact related to social projects; contact related to university projects; and complaints and denunciations to the ombudsman.

In addition, we collect data and information on access to and use of the websites automatically for the purposes of guaranteeing the security of our connections and for processing and analyzing the use of the websites in order to improve their attractiveness and user-friendliness for all visitors and users.

We keep records of all accesses to the websites for a period of 6 (six) months after collection, as required by the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12.965/2014).

HOW DO WE USE COOKIES?
When you access certain websites, your computer may receive "cookies", i.e. text files through which certain information is stored and automatically verified by the companies related to the website.

We use our own and third-party cookies to analyze your behavior as a user of our websites, so that we can identify suspicious use and guarantee security, understand the origin and destination of our site traffic, identify poorly used links, navigation difficulties, unfriendly functions, among other problems for our customers' experience on our websites. Facebook cookies last up to 3 (three) months, Google Analytics and Youtube cookies last up to 2 (two) years and DoubleClick cookies last up to 1 (one) year, as defined by the respective policies of these companies, as it is necessary to understand the recurrence of visits and use of the site for them to be useful.

HOW DO WE STORE THE PERSONAL DATA WE HOLD?
With a view to information security, your data will be collected and stored using technological resources that are benchmarks in the market, with an in-house team to protect and store the data. Biolab uses major partners to store the information, located in the country itself, thus respecting all information security regulations and the General Data Protection Act.

We take the necessary precautions to prevent the loss and leakage of your data and control access to the information we hold about you by using technical and management measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we control. With the security of our clients and partners in mind, Biolab stresses the importance of not sharing your access data with third parties and that your access must be individual and non-transferable.

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We may share your personal data with third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which the data was obtained by us. These are:

- group companies: Biolab's group companies may share your personal data with each other to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes for which such data is used, such as responding to requests involving more than one company or requests directed to one company that are received by another, always seeking efficiency in our operations and improving service to our customers and users of our websites.
- our suppliers: in order to maintain the quality of our operations, Biolab contracts with some companies that may have access to your data, such as companies responsible for storing and hosting data and services, external service companies and marketing agencies, as well as, in the case of location data, the company responsible for the map of our partners. It is important to emphasize that we seek out and evaluate our suppliers in the best possible way, and sign contracts to ensure responsibility for data security and protection, in order to reduce the risk to data subjects. We share data related to our websites and communication channels with technical partners related to cookie management and the management and hosting of these websites, considering that their expertise is necessary for the efficient operation and use of these resources. We may also share with third-party companies your identification and contact data, usage and browsing behavior on the websites, among others, in order to target news according to your interests.
- public authorities and external lawyers, consultants and technicians: personal data may be shared with public authorities and government entities for the fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations or for the defense of our rights, as well as with lawyers, consultants and technicians involved in these processes and activities.
- external auditors: our group is audited by regulatory bodies, computer systems auditing companies, and other points of our operation. We can therefore share your data for these purposes, in compliance with the General Data Protection Act.

Any data to be transferred internationally will be covered by international data transfer legislation, i.e. we will collect your consent or we will endeavor to ensure that the company or entity receiving the data offers safeguards that guarantee you, at the very least, a degree of protection similar to that established in the laws of Brazil.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE COLLECTION AND USE OF MY DATA?
We guarantee the following rights in relation to the collection and use of data from users of the websites and from our clients, in addition to other rights provided for in applicable legislation:

You can exercise your rights by contacting our customer service channel. When we receive a request to exercise any of your rights, we will assess the best way to fulfill it, but we may not fulfill your request, in whole or in part, for just reasons, such as legal or regulatory requirements.
