BRIEF DESCRIPTION/INDICATION
Ciprofibrate is indicated as an adjunct to diet and other non-pharmacological treatments in cases of isolated severe hypertriglyceridemia (high blood fat) and mixed hyperlipidemia (high blood cholesterol) when statins or other effective treatments are contraindicated or not tolerated.
