BRIEF DESCRIPTION/INDICATION
Dozoito® belongs to a class of drugs called beta-blockers, which work by reducing the strain on the heart.
Dozoito® is an extended-release coated tablet, which releases the drug for a controlled time, ensuring an effect for more than 24 hours. In general, the onset of effect is observed within a few hours, even at low doses of metoprolol. The maximum antihypertensive effect of any dose range of metoprolol will be reached after one week of therapy.
