BRIEF DESCRIPTION/INDICATION
Montelukast sodium is indicated for the treatment of asthma, including the prevention of asthma symptoms during the day and night, allergic rhinitis, including daytime and nighttime symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, nasal itching and sneezing; nasal congestion on awakening, difficulty sleeping and nocturnal awakenings; tearing, itching, redness and swelling in the eyes.
