BRIEF DESCRIPTION/INDICATION
"Clopidogrel bisulfate is indicated for the secondary prevention (after occurrence) of atherothrombotic events, such as acute myocardial infarction (MI) (heart attack), cerebrovascular accident (CVA) (stroke) and vascular death in adult patients who have had a recent MI or CVA or a condition known as peripheral arterial disease (disease in the blood vessels of the limbs).
